Barco awarded 'Most attractive industrial company'
In a recent labor market study performed by Randstad, Barco ranked eight overall in the list of most attractive employers in Belgium. Moreover, respondents considered Barco the most attractive industrial company to work for.
In this year's survey Randstad and ICMA asked 10,000 people between the age of 18 and 65 to gauge a total of 160 companies with more than 1,000 staff. Respondents were asked to rate the companies on key differentiators such as working atmosphere, management, career opportunities, social responsibility and lifelong learning. In the sector-specific category, Barco was nominated the most attractive employer in the industrial sector. In the cross-sector category Barco came in 8th place.
