Virtual prototyping of complete or partial product design is substantially less time- and money-consuming than physical prototyping. The high resolution of Barco's display systems allows HD videoconferencing to be combined with data analysis, which results in true, real-time remote collaboration.
Barco systems are not only capable of rendering photorealistic, 1:1 car models in vibrant colors, they can also display several local and networked sources simultaneously in real time. From the most compact projectors for meeting rooms to the largest display walls in a design center, each projection system shares the same familiar Windows desktop interface and multi-windowing features.
