CIA. DE FIAÇÃO E TECIDOS CEDRO CACHOEIRA (Brasil) orders WeaveMaster for 4 of its Weaving Plants
Cedro, a renowned Brasilian textile company with a history of over one hundred years, has ordered WeaveMaster for 4 weaving plants.
Installations will be in the CEDRO plants of Sete Lagoas, Caetanópolis and Pirapora. It is the biggest installation of its kind in Brasil.
The WeaveMaster system will be monitoring the complete production of the Cedro weaving plants and will be integrated with the companies ERP system situated in Belo Horizonte, the beautiful capital of Minas Gerais.
BARCO was found to be the right partner for an investment of this magnitude. The latest HSDL technology will be applied for the connection and communication with the 500 microprocessor-driven weaving machines. All planning and monitoring information coming from the WEAVEMASTER system will be used to update the ERP system on a realtime basis.
