Barco Dlite 10 chosen as state-of-the-art display equipment to enhance MTV Europe Awards 2002 ceremony.
Kuurne, Belgium - November 15, 2002 - BARCO is proud to announce that its renowned Dlite display solution has again been chosen to enhance one of the world’s major entertainment events of the year: the MTV Europe Awards 2002.On November 14th, 2002, forty square meters of BARCO’s Dlite 10 daylight display solution was on stage at the award ceremony, delivered by one of the company’s major rental partners, XL Video. XL Video is one of the world’s leading large video display specialists, which due to its reputation as one of the most recognized and respected high-end display rental companies in the world, has over the years provided equipment to events the likes of The Spice Girls Tour (world wide), the Formula 1 Grand Prix, the US Open Golf Tournament and U2’s “Elevation” Tour.
