KITMaster installations successful
BARCO has further developed Truetzschler's KIT system. Today, under the name KITMaster, a Windows-based package is offered to spinners who use Truetzschler cards and draw frames for production and quality monitoring.
The new KITMaster offers the following advantages over the original KIT system :- client - server based, meaning that KITMaster users have access to the data through the PC on their desk ;
- supports more than 50 machines, meaning that larger spinning plants do not have to have 2 systems anymore ;
- Windows look and feel ;
- report and formula generator in stead of fixed reports ;
- easy integration with BARCO's SpinMaster system for monitoring of OE machines and ring spinning frames.
Successful installations have been done at AVS (Belgium), Frontier (USA). Orders are placed by Fruit of the Loom and National Textiles.
