Carl Peeters succeeds Dirk De Man as CFO of Barco
Kortrijk, 15 November 2010. Barco announces today that Dirk De Man will be leaving the company to pursue other career opportunities. Effective immediately he will be succeeded by Carl Peeters, currently Senior Vice President of the business group Monitoring, Control and Medical (MCM) and a long term senior manager with Barco.
Also effective immediately Filip Pintelon, who till now was running the other business group, Media, Entertainment and Simulation (MES), will assume additional responsibility for the operations of the MCM business group. Filip Pintelon will hence serve as COO of all operations of Barco.Both Carl Peeters and Filip Pintelon will report directly to Eric Van Zele, CEO of Barco.
