The PLANTMASTER PHARMA system collects and centralizes data from any manufacturing machine (e.g. tablet presses, encapsulators, packaging lines, bottle/sachet fillers, grinders, assembly machines, etc). Users are provided with a powerful plant management tool to monitor key performance indicators, including OEE, Yield, Downtime, Schedule Adherence, Scrap and Machine Changeover Duration in one integrated system. Ad-hoc reports can be created and a real-time “Drag & Drop” planning tool assists in creating an optimized schedule.With its integration functionality, PLANTMASTER PHARMA can link with any existing business administration system. This eliminates duplication of data entry and automatic download of production requirements can be implemented. Export of important production data such as job progress versus plan, packs/tablets produced and performance indicators create a dynamic real-time update for the customer.
Production data are collected from the machines by Barco Data Units or via PLC integration, to provide comprehensive operational analysis. Barco offer Data Units with easy to use touch-screens and clear graphic displays, combined with secure Bluetooth wireless or conventional cabled/Ethernet communication.
PLANTMASTER PHARMA can help customers with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and offers support in regulated environments such as the Sarbanes Oxley Act (for accountability, efficiencies, etc).
