Barco launches new Healthcare Helpdesk service in Europe
Kortrijk, Belgium, 30 January 2012. Healthcare imaging specialist Barco is proud to announce the launch of its new European Image.Care Healthcare Helpdesk service. With this new initiative, the company is taking its customer service to the next level. Image.Care will result in faster response times and a better local level of services across Europe.
The launch of the new Image.Care Helpdesk service in Europe provides customers with immediate live phone support in their own language. To make this possible, Barco has trained a dedicated team of experienced product support specialists. The new service follows the recent introduction of the Image.Care e-portal, a 24/7 support helpdesk where customers can post technical questions, create service requests, and track the status of their factory repairs in real-time.“The launch of this new helpdesk is part of our strategy for improving customer intimacy,” comments Luc Colle, VP Sales EMEA & India, Barco Healthcare. “We set up this new service in response to requests from our customers. The new tool makes it easier for them to contact and communicate with us and allows us to respond faster to their questions. Highly qualified local product support specialists – familiar with the local language and requirements – provide a central point of contact, swift problem solving, and in-depth technical expertise.”
